Holdbrooke®

PRIVACY & EMAIL CONSENT

Your information.
A clear purpose.

Effective November 1, 2026. This notice applies to the Holdbrooke coming-soon contact page.

What we collect

Your name, email, chosen audience group, role, interests, and any optional organization or country/region you provide. We record consent wording, the time of registration, and campaign-source tags when present. We do not request account numbers, identification documents, or financial balances.

How it is used

Holdbrooke uses the contact list to understand relevant business relationships and, with your consent, share company news, business perspectives, relationship updates, and future business-opportunity announcements. Joining does not establish a client, advisory, investment, or partnership relationship.

Storage and access

Registrations are stored in this website’s hosted database. Only the authorized Holdbrooke administrator can view or export the list. Hosting and future email-service providers may process information to operate these services. We do not sell contact details. Contacts may be exported to an email platform; automated email delivery is not currently connected to this page.

Your choice

Consent is optional: all information on this landing page is available without signing up. To join the marketing list, select the consent checkbox yourself. Save the personal preferences link shown after a new registration. Future marketing emails should include an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also email info@holdbrooke.com to withdraw consent, request access, correct information, or request deletion.

Retention and safeguards

We retain contact details while relevant to the stated purposes, unless you ask for deletion. Withdrawal is recorded to suppress future contact; minimal suppression information may be retained to respect your choice. Anti-abuse controls use a one-way representation of the connection address and a time window, rather than storing it with your contact profile. Anonymous visitors cannot view the contact list.

Illustrative content

Photography and footage are illustrative. References to investment areas describe interests, not established funds or available securities. This page does not provide investment advice or solicit investment.
